This week Atlanta Sprinkler Repair answered a call at a home in Tucker, GA that had been purchased by the customer over a year ago. The customer had turned the lawn sprinkler system on just once long enough to know he had some real problems. When I turned on the system, I found that three pipes had to be repaired before I could even check out the rest of the system. I explained to the customer that the pipe was coming from the master valve, and was supplying water to the valves going to the 10 zones, and that he could have many other problems. I didn’t want him to be surprised at my estimate for the remaining repairs. I repaired the three pipes, and was able to walk the lawn sprinkler system, and make a list of repairs that needed to be done.
Now I see all kinds of irrigation installations, and this one is what we call at Atlanta Lawn Sprinkler Repair as a (THREE STOOGES) installation. After repairing the three broken pipe at the beginning, at a cost of $410.00, we now add the estimate of the remaining repairs of $1,380.00 + $410.00 = $1,790.00. My heart really does go out to anyone who buys a home with a lawn sprinkler system without having it checked out by a professional first.
