What can I say to those who decided that it would not get cold  enough in Atlanta this year for their pipe to freeze, and did not winterize their irrigation system? We at Atlanta Sprinkler Repair have repaired more broken pipes and valves than ever before, and this could have been previnted if everyone had their lawn sprinkler system winterized. Not one of our customers that had us WINTERIZE  their system, had a problem. Please, you never can tell what kind of winter we are going to have in Atlanta, GA. So next year I hope all will pay the service fee, and get your system WINTERIZED. Just like your car, and the antifreeze that you put in it to prevent it from freezing, you must have all of the water removed from your irrigation system, to prevent it from freezing also.
